the team | David Weir - Non-executive director
David is a chartered accountant and held a number of financial roles in industry before becoming managing director of a waste management company in 1990. He was group chief executive of Caird Group plc, a listed waste management company, from 1993 until 1999 when it was acquired in an agreed takeover. Since that time he has become non-executive director of Dee Valley Group plc and of Deltron Electronics plc. He has been a non-executive director of a number of private and public companies.
David chairs the Company's Audit Committee.
