Work done to date

• Acquired additional 34 acres to create access to trunk road
• Refurbished usable buildings
• Removed other derelict buildings
• Decontamination
• Lifted runways (and sold crushed concrete)
• Negotiated with neighbour to reduce their licensed capacity to store gas (restricted our development potential)

Commercially

• Secured B1 B2 B8 planning consent for whole site
• Secured planning consent for 114,900m² warehouse with Section 106 (granted July 2006)
• Consent included new roundabout and spur road access
