what we are looking for
We are constantly looking to secure additional properties where we can deploy our skills and bring brownfield sites back to their full development potential.
We will consider available sites in any part of the country.
We have cash and financing available to take on purchases of up to £30 million.
In appropriate circumstances, we will consider joint ventures with vendors to secure the best route to the realisation of the value of a site.
We take a long-term approach. Where helpful, we will agree suitable timescales for our access to properties, allowing vendors the time and capital to make alternative arrangements for their businesses.
