what we do | Income generation
The process of planning and remediation of brownfield sites leads to extended holding periods in comparison to land which is more readily developed.
In order to mitigate these costs wherever possible, we let land and buildings to generate income on leases of appropriate length to fit the development plan of the site.
Generating income also has a beneficial effect on value and is one of the key elements in our strategy to maximise price at the point of sale.
