We continually monitor the status of local plans and the local development frameworks which will succeed them.
This enables us to more easily identify sites where there is potential planning gain to be achieved from development or change of use.
The process is also critical to maximising value from the existing portfolio and, where appropriate, we will work closely with local authorities to promote sites through the key stages of plan review.
