There are six key stages in our business cycle
what we do | Identification and appraisal
Our team utilises its network of contacts and local knowledge to identify brownfield sites which have the potential to be transformed and made ready for development to meet local needs.
No two brownfield sites are the same; we conduct a thorough cost/benefit analysis to assess the quality of the site and the extent of remedial works required. At the same time, we explore the site’s development potential and undertake practical studies in conjunction with the local authority to assess potential future uses for the land.
Understanding and responding to local needs is key to this process. Throughout, we work closely with the local authorities and communities to fully understand their development needs and aspirations. This understanding shapes the search for appropriate sites which can contribute positively to the Local Development Framework.
